It's been awhile since I made a blog entry so now seems like a good time.
We had a "spirited" debate on the Aaron's 499 Race thread Sunday and into this week. Most of us have agreed to disagree and moved on. That was until I saw the "Feud of the Week" with Brain & Pete. I started a thread over there and I have to disagree with Pete on this. He's claiming Kyle Busch was forced down while I clearly saw him start the move below the yellow line on his own. According to what NASCAR is saying it's ok to advance by going below the yellow line if you are "forced" down there.
I will say what I have said on other threads. Any rule that requires "interpretation" and is randomly enforced is most likely a bad rule.
Read Pete & Brian's thoughts on the issue and see what you think or just let me know if you think I'm making a mountian out of a mole hill. Mikeyfan and I had one of the more "spirited" debates going back and forth and he thinks I just want to see NASCAR put someone in the penalty box (LOL). He may have a point as I am a very detailed person but I want consistency.
What are your thoughts on this or any other issue from Sunday's race at Talladega?...bluejay
